Refund policy

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY — MONI BEAUTÉ CANADA

At Moni beauté, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we accept returns and refunds only in the following cases:

Eligible cases:

  • Product damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrect product received (different from what was ordered)
  • Defective product

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

Process:

  1. Contact us at monibeaute.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Send photos or video of the damaged/incorrect product
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions
  4. A refund or replacement will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the item

Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the supplier when the error is on their end.
